Our Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sathya Mobiles, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for order cancellations, product returns, and refunds.

Terms and Conditions for Cancellation

  • Cancellations will be taken into consideration at any time **before the delivery of the product**.
  • If you cancel your order **before it has been shipped**, the refund will be processed after deducting payment gateway (Razorpay) charges and applicable taxes.
  • Cancellation will **not be accepted** for orders placed under the **Same Day Delivery** category.
  • If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, please **contact Customer Support** and inform them of the same.
  • If you have received the product, it will only be eligible for **replacement** in cases where **defects are found** with the product.
  • When the product is delivered by courier and the customer does not accept the package, the **2-way shipment charge** will be collected from the customer.

Payment Gateway Charges on Order Cancellation & Refunds

For orders paid online using credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or other digital payment methods through the Razorpay payment gateway, payment gateway processing charges and applicable taxes are charged by the payment service provider at the time of transaction.

If a customer cancels an order after the payment has been successfully processed, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the non-refundable payment gateway processing charges and applicable taxes charged by the payment gateway provider.

Refund Amount = Order Amount – Payment Gateway Charges – Applicable Taxes (if any)

The deducted amount may vary depending on the payment method used and the charges levied by the payment gateway at the time of the transaction.

Examples

  • If the order value is ₹10,000 and the payment gateway charges (including applicable taxes) are ₹250, the refundable amount will be ₹9,750.
  • The exact deduction amount will be communicated to the customer at the time of refund processing.

Important Notes

  • No deduction will be made for refunds initiated due to product unavailability, seller-side cancellation, or any error attributable to Sathya Mobiles.
  • Refunds for customer-initiated cancellations will be processed only after deducting applicable payment gateway charges and taxes.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 5–10 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway processing timelines.

The Return and Refund Policy

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you might receive a damaged product or a product that doesn't match its visualization on the website. Sathya Mobiles always tries its best to help you with a replacement or refund.

  • The products sold by SATHYA Mobiles can be **returned or exchanged within 30 days** from the date of your in-store purchase or 30 days from the date your online order is delivered.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Refunds are applicable only if:

- Wrong product delivered

- Damaged product received

- Manufacturing defect

Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.

Refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method after deducting applicable payment gateway (Razorpay) fees and taxes.
